How far in advance should I place my order?
It’s always best to place your order as early as possible. Most custom orders are booked 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during holidays and busy seasons. If your event is coming up sooner, don’t hesitate to reach out. If there’s availability, Sarah will do her best to accommodate your order.
Do you offer delivery in Middle Tennessee?
Pickup is available for every order. Delivery may be available for larger orders and select events throughout Middle Tennessee. When you submit your order inquiry, simply include your event location, and Sarah will let you know if delivery is available.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! Every order is made specifically for your celebration. From colors and themes to special details, Sarah works closely with each customer to create desserts that fit the style of their event.
Do you offer allergy-friendly options?
If you or your guests have food allergies or dietary concerns, please mention them when placing your order. Sarah will gladly discuss available options. Please note that all desserts are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts, are present.
What payment methods do you accept?
Once your order details have been confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice with a secure online payment link. A deposit may be required to reserve your event date, with the remaining balance due before pickup or delivery.
